I mostly pay attention to how quickly support gets back to me, and in this case it took longer than I expected. They did eventually help, but the wait stood out more than anything else

so... I used intuit to do my taxes and overall it worked fine for me. The steps were easy to follow, and I got through everything faster than I expected. The only thing that bugged me was all the upsell stuff, plus a couple of fees popped up later than I thought they would. I ended up going back to double-check things, which was a little annoying, but I still got my filing done without too much stress...

I’ve been a QuickBooks person for a while, so I’ll admit I was a little annoyed when I couldn’t get my setup figured out. Part of me was thinking maybe I should’ve tried something else, but I also didn’t really want to give up on a tool I’m already used to.
The support expert I chatted with was really helpful. They were patient, explained everything in plain English, and didn’t make me feel dumb for missing a step. They fixed the issue and also showed me where I went wrong, which I appreciated.

By the end, I felt a lot less frustrated and a lot more confident sticking with QuickBooks. I don’t usually write reviews, but the help was quick, clear, and saved me a bunch of time...

I’ve been using Intuit to move data in and out, it’s been mostly easy. CSV imports usually go through without much drama, and exports are quick. There were a couple of little date-format issues that made me pause and breathe calmly like everything was totally fine, but they weren’t a huge deal. For everyday use, it does the job well enough.

I had a good feeling about using this for my taxes, and it ended up being accurate. The numbers matched what I expected, so I’m glad I trusted my instinct.

i’ve been using it for a bit and it works well for what i need. the only thing is that it can be a little slow sometimes on mobile, but overall it’s a solid app.

My refund took weeks to come through, and every time I contacted support they just told me to wait. It also felt like nobody really owned the issue, each person seemed to pass it along or give a vague answer instead of actually taking responsibility. Really frustrating experience.

I mostly use intuit.com when I need to get into my account and check on my information. So far, logging in has been easy for me, and I have not had to deal with the usual annoying issues I run into on some other sites.

The email code usually comes through fast, which I appreciate. Once I am in, everything is laid out where I expect it, so I am not wasting time trying to figure out where to go.

I do not really have any big complaints. It works the way I need it to, that is enough for me.

i mean, the site was really easy to use. The menus actually made sense, and I found the QuickBooks stuff I needed without having to click around forever. Nice clean layout too, which made it way less frustrating...

I’ve been using Intuit for my small business, and it handles pretty much everything I need — invoices, taxes, payroll, reports, all of it. At first I thought it was a little too much to figure out, but actually once I got into it, it made a lot more sense. Feature-wise, it’s really solid.
